Before using Reading Diary (Application) you are required to acquaint yourself with this Privacy Policy (Policy). By downloading, installing, using or otherwise accessing Application you are expressing your acceptance and willingness to be bound by the Policy. You may not use Application if you don’t accept the Policy.

Personal Data
You acknowledge that Provider may process your personal data in a scope necessary.No personal data are collected by Application by default when Application is used offline without registering and using Synchronization function. Personal data are gathered when Synchronization function is used. Minimum scope of your personal data required for setting up and keeping your Application account include your e-mail address and login credentials. In case you want to use login through Google or Apple, the Provider will process the identification details of your Google or Apple account.

Book Data
All data you enter into the application are stored locally on your device. By using the barcode scanner or book search function, you agree that ISBN, author name or book title code might be send to third-party service in order to provide book details.
In case Synchronization function is used, data will be synchronized to Firebase Realtime Database service. You acknowledge that Provider will process your personal books information.

Technical and Anonymous Data
You hereby agree that Provider may collect and use technical data, including but not limited to information about your use of Application. The purpose of the collection of technical data is to ensure quality and further analyse and develop Application and related services.
You acknowledge that the technical data may be disclosed or sold to third parties, including outside the territory of the European Union.

Privacy Policy may change
Privacy Policy may change in the future. If you don’t agree with new conditions, please delete your account, stop using and uninstall Application. If you use Synchronization function and wish to stop and delete your personal data, use Delete Account option on the Settings screen.
